Working as a 911 coordinator for Williams County, Dawn Baldwin desired to return to school for her master’s degree and was interested in Bluffton’s mission focus. “I love what I do,” says Dawn, “but I’m fascinated with restorative justice and conflict mediation.”

Jean Heath, MAOM ’04, of Piqua, Ohio, is director of the cancer care center at Upper Valley Medical Center and recipient of the YWCA’s Women of Excellence Award.
Lisa Carver, MAEd ’97, of Lima, Ohio, recently received the Shirley Daley Neighborhood Leadership Award from the Lima-Allen County Neighborhoods Partnership. Lisa teaches at Lima Senior High School and has spent more than 25 years working with the Girl Scouts of Appleseed Ridge.
Kurt Geisheimer, MAOM ’03, Bluffton, works as chief financial officer and treasurer of Metal Forming and Coining in Maumee, Ohio. He also serves as a board member for the Blanchard Valley Health Association and teaches graduate studies as an adjunct faculty member at Bluffton.
